Additional Charges to the Customer

(1) Shipping fee: 1,000 yen (tax included)
*For international shipments, customers should use a forwarding service (e.g., tenso.com). The terms for such services are governed by the forwarding company, not by us.
*Inquiries regarding forwarding services will not be accepted by us.

(2) Consumption tax: 10%

(3) Internet connection and communication fees required for browsing the website/app, purchasing content, downloading software, etc., are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment Timing

(1) Monthly Subscription (Auto-Renew)

Payments are made in advance via credit card, App Store, or Google Play. The first charge occurs when the application is completed; subsequent charges occur monthly on the same date. If the billing date does not exist in a month, it will be charged on the last day of that month.

(Example: If the first billing date is March 31, the next billing will be April 30.)

(2) Individual Purchases

For digital items such as music, videos, merchandise, or tickets, payment is processed at the time of purchase via credit card, App Store, or Google Play.


*If you wish to terminate the monthly subscription service, please refer to “(5) Termination of Monthly Subscription Service” under “Returns, Cancellations & Termination.”
*The billing date for credit card charges varies depending on the credit card company.
*The billing date for payment methods provided by the App Store or Google Play is determined according to the rules of Google Play or the App Store.

Delivery Timing

(1) Digital content (monthly subscription or individual purchase) is available immediately after payment.

(2) For physical goods (merchandise), shipping is arranged within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days but may be delayed due to weather or transportation conditions.

*Delivery timing for tickets varies depending on issuance method. Please check the sales page for details.

Returns, Cancellations & Termination

(1) Customer-Initiated Returns/Cancellations

Due to the nature of services and products, returns or cancellations after purchase are not permitted. Please verify device compatibility, purchase conditions, and content environment before applying or purchasing.


(2) Fraudulent Credit Card Use

Refunds will be provided in cases of criminal credit card misuse. Please contact us via email with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
*Refund/exchange fees will be borne by us.


(3) Music Content Specific Terms

If music content does not conform to the contract terms, contact us within 7 days of contract completion for an exchange or refund of the unaffected content. Please include your name, order number, and explanation of the nonconformity.
*Fees will be borne by us.


(4) Physical Goods Specific Terms

If physical goods do not conform to the contract terms, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the unaffected items. Please include your name, order number, and explanation of the nonconformity.
*Our company will bear the fees related to refunds and returns.


(5) Termination of Monthly Subscription

① Credit Card Payments:
Terminate by cancelling via the plan list page on My Page. If done before the end of the current billing period, the contract ends at that date. The service remains accessible until the end of the valid period.

② App Store / Google Play Payments:
Termination must be done via the respective store. If cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the contract ends at the end of the current period. Service remains accessible until then.

Re-Sending & Redelivery

If delivery fails due to refusal, extended absence, incorrect address, etc., and the item is returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, we will send instructions by email. If you wish for redelivery, please follow the instructions in the email.
