Consent to the Handling of Personal Information

1. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Full Speed Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will handle personal information obtained from applicants for the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information,” as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, the “APPI”) with due care as a prudent manager, in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy . The Company may provide the following information, for the following purposes, to the third parties listed below. By using the Company’s services, applicants are deemed to have consented to such provision.

(1) Information obtained directly from applicants

• Name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, attributes, family composition, age, and other registration information at the time of application, as well as ID-related information (including requests for modification)

• Responses to questionnaires and information voluntarily transmitted or provided by the applicant to services intended for applicants

• Opinions, requests, inquiries, and related content

(2) Information collected through applicants’ use of services

• Names of purchased products or services used, purchase/service amounts, dates/times/locations of purchases or use, usage history at partner companies

• Cookies, identifiers, IP addresses, device information/unique IDs from mobile access, browser type, operating system, platform, browsing/purchase history, location data, and other access information obtained when accessing or using Company services, websites, applications, or other related websites/apps

(3) Information necessary for service provision and applicant management

• Login ID, password, credit card number (including tokenized data), images, voice, or other descriptors, numbers, codes, or symbols that can identify individuals

• Other registration information for applicant services, status of linkage with other services, records of withdrawal/suspension/expulsion, and inquiries or consultations with the Company regarding the services

(4) Results obtained by analyzing the above information (1)–(3), including estimates of applicants’ interests, preferences, life attributes, or orientations made by the Company

[Purposes of Provision]

In addition to the purposes set forth in the Company’s Privacy Policy, the following:

• Provision of Company services
• Verification of membership registration status, and communication regarding admission, continuation, withdrawal, or related procedures
• Conducting surveys regarding influencers, or sending rewards therefor
• Analysis and research of service usage, quality improvement, customer support enhancement, and measurement of effectiveness of measures
• Prevention, investigation, and handling of fraudulent contracts, unauthorized use, and non-payment
• Development of products and improvement of services
• Enhancement of customer experience in digital services (websites, mobile apps, etc.) provided by the Company and the above recipients
• Delivery of advertisements and information regarding products, services, and campaigns via letters, email, etc.
• Distribution of behavioral targeting advertisements related to services of the Company Group via advertising distributors such as Google and Yahoo
• Analysis of applicant attributes and behavioral history obtained by the Company to understand preferences and tendencies, and analysis of potential bias or filtering caused by search engine algorithms
• Ensuring secure provision of products and services to applicants (including detection of users violating terms of service, notification to such users, and investigation, detection, prevention, and response to fraudulent activities such as fraud or unauthorized access)
• Smooth operation of events conducted using Company services
• Opening external service accounts necessary for the provision of Company services

2. Handling of Personally Related Information

The Company may lawfully receive data held by third parties such as the recipients specified in the preceding paragraph (hereinafter, “Third-Party Data”) within the scope of the purposes of use stipulated by such third parties in their privacy policies, etc., for the purpose of combining such data with a portion of the applicant’s personal information, and may process it into information that does not constitute personal information, such as statistical information, for the purposes of use specified by the Company. The Company may also, after confirming whether the applicant is included in each of the Company’s personal information and the Third-Party Data, analyze the data and provide the applicant with information tailored to the applicant’s interests, concerns, lifestyle attributes, or preferences, and the applicant consents to the foregoing.
